Non-Receipt of Items

Should your items not arrive, kindly inform us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Our dedicated team will initiate a thorough investigation, working internally and with our carriers. Items Damaged in Transit

If the damage is evident upon receipt, kindly sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.
