Your items will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment from Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday. We've partnered with DPD to provide you with exceptional delivery service.
Please note that we exclusively ship to the address specified on the invoice, as we strive to ensure accurate and secure delivery.
Returns & Refunds
While we are confident you'll love your purchase from our website, there might be instances where you need to return items to us.
Non-Receipt of Items
Should your items not arrive, kindly inform us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Our dedicated team will initiate a thorough investigation, working internally and with our carriers. It's important to note that we cannot address non-receipt cases after this 7-day period. Investigations into lost parcels may take up to 14 days. We will issue refunds or replacements once the investigation is successfully concluded.
In the rare event that you have not received your order by the 15th working day, kindly get in touch, and we will actively investigate the matter on your behalf.
Items Damaged in Transit
Should you receive a damaged item, please report it within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the damage is evident upon receipt, kindly sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. To facilitate efficient returns, please ensure that items are sent back in their original packaging, complete with accessories and documentation. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or a full refund through your original payment method.
Products Dead On Arrival
If your item(s) are found to be faulty upon arrival, please notify us within 3 working days. To ensure accurate processing, please return the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Once we've verified the issue, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund through your original payment method.
