Non-Receipt of Items

Should your items not arrive, kindly inform us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Our dedicated team will initiate a thorough investigation, working internally and with our carriers. We will issue refunds or replacements once the investigation is successfully concluded.

Items Damaged in Transit

Should you receive a damaged item, please report it within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the damage is evident upon receipt, kindly sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.
