Returns & Refunds

Non-Receipt of Items

Should your items not arrive, kindly inform us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Our dedicated team will initiate a thorough investigation, working internally and with our carriers. It's important to note that we cannot address non-receipt cases after this 7-day period. Investigations into lost parcels may take up to 14 days. We will issue refunds or replacements once the investigation is successfully concluded.

Items Damaged in Transit

Should you receive a damaged item, please report it within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If the damage is evident upon receipt, kindly sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. Once the items are back in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or a full refund through your original payment method.
